All the experts will tell you there is significant stress associated with moving to a new home. So many significant decisions to ponder – where do we move, will our existing house sell, shall we build new or buy existing, and the list goes on and on.

We contemplated all of those decisions for a number of years, making sure we researched all of our possibilities very thoroughly. Once we decided to pursue new construction, we did extensive research, looking for not only a quality builder but also one that we felt comfortable with and one we could trust.

Brian Parent of Parent Builders, Inc. and his team of people made our building experience very enjoyable. A true custom builder, we were able to make our dream home suit our individual family needs. Michelle, our personal contact on Brian’s team, was so enjoyable to work with. She was very personable, reliable and a great communicator.

When our new house was close to completion, Dave, the job supervisor, was able to coordinate with all of his contractors to expedite our closing date by two full weeks in order to accommodate the closing schedule of our existing house. Therefore, we were able to avoid the stress of temporary housing and storage issues.

We have now been in our new home close to three months and only had one follow-up issue that Brian and his team resolved within one day. We are just so very happy with the superior quality of our new home and the entire building experience. We absolutely recommend Brian and his team to build your new home and make it such a positive experience!
