Special projects

If you can dream it, we can build it! Although the main emphasis of our business is building custom homes, we are not limited to only that area of expertise. We also do Custom Remodeling and Additions, Detached Garages, Lower Level Finishing, Storm Damage Repair, Decks, Porches and Outdoor Living spaces, Foreclosure Restoration and adding Accessibility features to homes with special adaptation requirements like wheelchairs.

Remodeling and Additions

Take a look at one of our exciting recent Remodels projects!

In Ramsey, we removed most of the inside of the house and added a second floor! It was an exciting and remarkable transformation of this existing home that took only 10 weeks.

In St. Louis Park, we removed the entire roof and doubled the living space by adding a second floor. It’s amazing the difference that can be made to a typical 1960′s ranch house…the results are fantastic!

Universally Designed Home

We were fortunate enough to be part of a project that involved building a home for a client who had been injured in an accident. We took an blueprint of the home they were going to build before the accident and modified it to accommodate the special needs they now have. These adaptations included extra space for the motorized wheelchair to move and turn around in, wider doorways, an elevator, and a lift system. Other features included a roll-in shower to accommodate a tip back chair and a special nook for charging the wheelchair. There were many details and considerations required and many people were involved in coordinating the details so that this home was a perfect adaptable home with minimal limitations for our client and his family.
